With a career shaped by both global education and hands-on leadership, He brings a grounded, thoughtful approach to career counselling. As Director of HR and Operations at Guided Growth Institute, He manages complex human resource functions while staying closely connected to what truly drives people: clarity, confidence, and the need to grow with intention. His experience has taught him that careers don’t flourish by chance; they take awareness, alignment, and timely guidance.
